Intentional Promotions are a small not-for-profit. When you order any of our products, they will be as described and/or as represented graphically and visually.

Clothing Returns
All clothing is ordered on a print-on-demand basis to the size requested. Intentional Promotions will already have carried out along with our supplier all necesary quality control checks. We do not accept returns for any reason.

All Other Merchandise
Intentional Promotions carries out stringent quality checks on all merchandise that we sell. All merchandise is packaged to the least amount necessary to protect your purchases without wasting resources or excesive use of plastics. The website shows clearly the design and finished product where possible. We do not accept returns for any reasons on merchandise that is not already covered by our Clothing Returns Policy
